Mistakes are common occurrences. If your order was placed within the last 10 minutes, contact us on WhatsApp during business hours for potential changes. Orders further along in fulfillment may not be amendable.

To clean your product, we recommend washing with warm water and a standard, non-abrasive household cleaner. These cleaners can be applied with bristle brushes, soft sponge, or clean cloths. Soaking the product in a mixture of warm water and baking soda might also help. Some customers have reported that a soak in white vinegar or lemon juice also removes stains and smells. After using cleaners, always wash your product thoroughly as recommended in our care and use instructions. Repeat as necessary until stains or smells disappear. A stainless-steel cleaner or polish can also be used on stainless steel products.

The temperature retention can last up to 24 hours depending on the quantity of ice used & It maintains heat for over 6 hours.

Lids: All lids are crafted for straightforward cleaning in the upper section of the dishwasher. The spout gasket can be detached using a pull tab and should be thoroughly washed. A sponge or straw brush is effective for cleaning crevices or smaller areas. Pre-soaking the components in distilled white vinegar can assist in eliminating deposits from hard-to-reach spots.

Straws: The straws should be placed gently in the silverware compartment of the dishwasher to prevent them from being misplaced during the wash cycle.

Cup: If the cup is made of plastic rather than stainless steel, it can be safely placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. Conversely, if the cup is stainless steel, it is advisable to wash it by hand using warm water and soap.

However, it is important to note that our stainless-steel bottles feature triple-layer insulation, effectively shielding the contents from external temperatures. Therefore, while the bottle is indeed safe for the freezer, we advise adding a few ice cubes to the bottle as a preferable alternative.
